For the second year in a row, I'm pleased to donate a tea leaf reading gift basket, including a remote reading, four kinds of tea, a vintage up and a crystal point, to the Lancaster Farm Sanctuary Gala & Auction. Because I LOVE animals So much.
LFS rescues and cares for farmed animals and provided them sanctuary as well as inspiring humans to live with compassion and respect. They opened in July 2017, founded by Sarah Salluzzo and Jonina Turzi, who are motivated by their love for animals, humans, and the environment.
As a vegan of 27 years, I am deeply moved by their effort to provide compassionate connections between humans and the lovely beings typically viewed as mere commodities.
Lancaster Farm Sanctuary is currently home to rescued cows, horses, pigs, chickens, alpacas, goats, ducks, sheep and turkeys.
